Moa Técnica is the Vigo located shipyard dedicated exclusively to designing and manufacturing "GR" boats.

Founded in 1997 by Alfonso Collazo Aparicio.

LA MOA activities started in two divisions: manufacturing of pleasure sailing crafts - the Meira V900 model (formely called the Fortuna 9), and repairing ships.

In 1999 they gave up the repairs in order to dedicate all of the company's resources to the manufacturing of a series of pleasure craft - the Rio 330.

In 2000 their production diversifies and is complemented with the incorporation of a new prestigious client "Rodman Polyships". Who places an order to build the Rodman 620 model observing all the requirements that Rodman demands in relation to quality, construction, specifications and the final product.

The creation of their technical office in 2000 gives them the opportunity to design their own projects the Ransea 505 and the Ransea 625. Along with a new order from Rodman to create the Rodman 747 and a the sailing cruiser Ro-265.

In 2003 encouraged by the increased sales of Ransea they changed its name and launch a publicity campaign under the name of Zenit.

Also this year, they puchase the manufacturing rights from Garin to produce eight different cruiser models from 22 ft to 50 ft that they comercialise under the GR name.

In 2004 due to the large popularity of the Garin models, they decide in agreement with Rodaman Polyships to terminate their arrangement to dedicate all their efforts to the Platinum range.

In 2005 they introduce the Fisher GR28 and the GR38 Fish.

In 2007 they present the Silver hull Garin 40 platinum luxury line, with a hull designed by Pedro Garin, the author of some of the most renowed Atlantic hulls, that will give you a highly sporty performance and yet smooth and safe boating. You will appreciate the style of its refined interior design, with precious textile and valuable wood finishings.... Dreaming on the waves.
